This session explores micro-bravery as a learnable, repeatable practice: the everyday steps we take to reach out, show up, and create connection. We’ll also examine a core truth: both community and bravery often come at the cost of convenience.
Choosing to engage, to support, and to speak up requires us to move beyond what’s easy and into what’s meaningful. Together, we’ll break down how consistent, small actions can help you build and sustain authentic community, even when it feels uncomfortable or uncertain.
